Jessie is a 6 months old, female Labrador. To say that Jessie’s life has been hard would be an understatement. Jessie was rescued from a shelter in a pathetic condition. Luckily, she was taken out of the shelter in time to survive but her health suffered. She had a wound & tick fever for which she was treated and cured. However, she started having seizures periodically for which various tests are underway to diagnose the problem. She might be epileptic, so a family understanding the condition and committed to love her irrespective is who Jessie needs. Jessie is a loving, cuddly and very gentle baby who needs nothing but dedicated parents to help her survive initial crucial months of her life. She needs a family where she won’t be left alone and help her through her tough times. The house should be on ground floor or with a lift. Experienced families in handling seizure episodes will be preferred. She might require further investigation by an experienced vet to confirm her condition. Currently, she’s not yet vaccinated and will have to be once the vet gives a go ahead. She’ll also have to be sterilised once stable. Jessie had a CT Scan, CFF amongst other tests yesterday which have amounted to 13,000 worth of bills and we need your help to clear them. The cost of a meal or a coffee can make a huge difference to Jessie’s fight for survival.
